Anjanette Delgado

Anjanette Delgado(Santurce, 1967) is a Puerto Rican writer and journalist who writes aboutsexilio, uprootedness, and social justice. An Emmy Award winner, she is theauthor of The Heartbreak Pill (2008), The Clairvoyant of Calle Ocho(2014), and El sexilio (2024). Her work has appeared in The New YorkTimes, NPR, and various literary journals. She also edited the anthology Homein Florida (2021), which won a Latino International Book Award in 2022.
